will this outlay be amply recouped by the enhanced value set on building sites by the improvement of the communications

in the locality, but I also anticipate that the revenue from

land sales for the current year will exceed the estimate by

some $100,000.

the various lot-holders should be concluded with the least

possible delay, I shall be glad to be informed by telegraph
